French Toast

The recipe is:
===========================
Per
6 think slices (1-inch) of day-old French Bread
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Some kids may be allergic to eggs or milk, or vegan version: substitute milk with low-sugar soya milk and add a little bit soya milk to compensate the loss of egg liquids. Still declious!

How-to:
Thick slices of day-old french bread deeply soaked in custard batter (milk + egg + vanilla + cinnamon ), brown slightly in a pan, and then baked in 190C (convection oven) for 10 minutes.

(The above recipe is suitable for kids 3+, but you may adapt it to suit younger kids, just cut the bread into finger food shapes before soaking in custard batter)

Serve with maple syrup, and fresh juice (dilute 1:1 with water for younger guts).

(The French Toast recipe was originally created by Chef John)
